It happens once in a lifetime if you are lucky, a true vocation. I am writing this letter to thank Matt and Performance Search Partners for that opportunity.

I was on the road with a small startup company when I got the call from Matt about this "new opportunity". I was skeptical because I had heard this line before and either the "company" isn't that much of an opportunity or the recruiter did not take the time to find out who I was.

Matt was different. He took the time to relate how what I wanted in a vocation would fit with the company. He secured the interview with my new boss, and took the time to follow-up on all of my questions. Post interview we followed up on all questions that had come from the initial interview. He also worked hard to get back in touch with my RVP and see how the process went. When he finally got the go ahead for the next interview he worked tirelessly to get information on the VP Sales that I would have to meet with next. He also set up all of the arrangements to have me flown to San Antonio for this meeting.

Finally, with an offer in hand, Matt handled all of my negotiations with the company. He even came away with a signing bonus! Imagine finding the vocation of your dreams, with a few products that physicians call you wanting, and then being compensated well with a signing bonus!
